Taylor County RECC sending member satisfaction survey

You may soon receive a survey from us. Please know this is a legitimate survey from us and it’s an important market research piece. This large-scale member satisfaction survey is used to collect your opinion on our behalf. We will use the results to receive an American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®) score.

We’ve randomly selected a group of members to receive this survey. If you are someone who received it by mail, you may return the postage-paid survey sheet or simply use the online link to provide your responses. The results from the research will help guide our programs and services so they meet the needs of members like you.
