Kentucky’s Touchstone Energy Cooperatives, including Taylor County RECC, have partnered with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library book program. Parents can sign up their children to receive free books to encourage reading skills. The program is available to all kids from birth through age five in all Kentucky counties. It’s one more way we’re working to make life better, the cooperative way!
